THE FAIL OF THE BUG QUEEN

Just 9 months ago, I had nothing to do with game development.

Air hostess. Touristic guide. Yoga lover. Book worm with millions of stories in her head.

Then I watched a TikTok.

"Ask ChatGPT to ask you 15 questions and build your dream job."

What do you think happened?

I ended up with: "Write an interactive choices novel with meta layers and chakras."

Cool. Great. Perfect.

One little thing he forgot to mention:

If you write about chakras, you might culturally appropriate and offend someone.

Ok. Took online 200-hour yoga teacher certification. Studied deep philosophy. Learned the difference between appreciation and appropriation. Got it.

Another thing he forgot to mention:

All those modern AI builders? They don't actually BUILD anything for you. Not yet, at least.

Ok. I'll learn myself.

Gained a bootcamp React certificate. Learned code. A little bit. Enough to be dangerous.

Ok. Now I'm ready.

Oops.

The engines work on Python. I'm used to JS.

Ok. I'll build my own simple engine in React.

I battled a hundred hydras.

After 3 months on coffee and adrenaline, I built something that works.

UNTILLLL.....

Ok. I can't just put it out like this. Need to do it legally.

Made a studio. Registered everything. Did it right.

And here I am.

Posted my first episode .

Ending up with:

• 40 views
• 9 plays
• Crickets

BUT HERE'S WHAT'S IMPORTANT:

I will not give up.

I will let this story see the light.

Even if it FAILS... ...it doesn't fail.

Not if I finish it. Not if one person feels something. Not if I learn who I am through building it.

The failure isn't the low numbers. The failure would be never trying.
